Giveaway: Win a PUR One-Click Faucet Mount

  1. Normally, I would say to drink lots and lots of water throughout the day. Since this contest is to win a PUR water filter, that seemed kind of predictable. So ... another thing that I do to stay healthy inside and out is yoga on a daily basis. Besides relaxing my stressed out body and mind, it refreshes the soul from the inside out. Love, love, love!

  2. What I do to feel good inside and out, is drink water, and since I dont always like to I add Crystal Light. Water i use a lot of times to curve cravings, and to keep my skin clear!

  3. Once a week I give my son to my husband so I can take a bath. The bath salts help my dry skin. The time to myself relaxes me and allows me to recharge.

  7. Bye-bye puffy eyes... dehydration results in the appearance of puffy eyes. Drinking water and keeping hydrated triggers water to start flowing again. If eyes are bright and beautiful I can take in the beauty on the outside with confidence and feel beautiful on the inside.

  9. Every time I get up from my desk at work, I refill my water bottle. It helps me get enough water everyday! And when I do phone calls, I stand up and stretch.

  10. I know it's predictable, but stay hydrated. I have a refillable water bottle (1 liter) that I use to measure my water consumption - 1 in the morning before I leave for work, 1 by lunch, 1 by the time I leave work, 1 before bedtime.

    Winning a PUR would mean I could drink filtered water, which would be better for me :)

  12. I surround myself around positive people who are fun to be around & enjoy life! It makes life fun & enjoyable...we love doing fun things! I also try to eat healthy & drink lots of water. I find it difficult to drink as much water as I'm supposed to so this would help me to do better!

  14. I watch what I eat and try to use all natural beauty products whenever possible. I also take time each day for a little "me-time"...whether it be watching tv, reading a magazine or surfing the internet. I've been trying to drink more water too and but I'm buying less bottled water in an effort to be more green and drinking tap; this would be perfect! All the benefits of pure water without the bottled waste.

    I try to keep a positive attitude. This enables me to smile often..which in turn makes others smile as well. Oh yeah..and I drink a ton of water.

  17. To look better on the outside I started a new diet. First thing the md told me was to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. It was hard at first but then I started adding a small amount of crystal light, for flavor, and now find it easy. Sometimes I'll put a strawberry in and that's great also. Drinking the extra water has helped drop some weight but ever better - my skin isn't as dry as it used to be. Another thing I'm doing is researching some herbs and trying to incorporate into my diet. Did you know that 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamom daily is good for the heart and can help prevent (or control) diabetes? I also found this green tea that comes from India that helps prevent cancer (I buy it as a tea).

  25. To stay beautiful inside & out I exercise for at least an hour a day, 7-days a week, take supplements like Vitamin D, CQ10, Omega-3, etc...and make sure I spend quality time with my kids everyday.
