    Hi Amber! I have been checking on the "newish" 'emphasEYES™ waterproof clay eye shadow / liner pot' which seems to be perpetually out of stock. I wish Tarte would get on this one, because summer is almost over and I need it NOW!!! Esp. when it's 40% off!!
