Liquid liner has been around FOREV, and beyond evolving to a pen medium, little has changed in its application technique. And yet, it remains one of the most intimidating apparati around, freaking just about anyone out who's not a professional makeup artist. Until now. Behold, Clarins has introduced the Clarins 3-Dot Liner, an amazing twist on a classic with a much more user-friendly experience.
The tip looks like a tiny pitchfork, with three small prongs spaced just SLIGHTLY apart. Press it into the lash line and your fringe is fuller in a flash. This one works best from the middle of the lid out to the outer corners though--the dot-tip is a bit much for the inner corners.
It seems famous philosophers (Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock) had it almost right when they said (in song) it takes two to make a thing go right. Their math was just a little bit off. This genius delivery tool makes sultry-lined eyes super-easy.
It takes THREE to make a [liquid liner] thing go right. What do you think? Would you try out the new Clarins 3-Dot Liner?
Clarins 3-Dot Liner retails for $26 at clarins.com.
