Hairstylist Chris Naselli tended to the mane of mom-to-be Evan Rachel Wood at the Vanity Fair Party at the Tribeca Film Festival. J'adoring its sleek, shiny shape. Said Naselli, "For this event, we wanted a glamorous, fun look that was youthful with the right amount of elegance." Here's how to get the look.
"I started by prepping Evan's damp hair with Oribe Foundation Mist and Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil applied from roots to ends and gave her a smooth shiny blowout.
I made a deep side part and applied Oribe Gel Serum on the top and side sections, slicked back and away from her face neatly tucked behind her ears, secured with a few clips to hold in place to set.
Next, I wrapped and sprayed sections from behind her ears and back with Oribe Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray around a 3/4 curling iron, set it, and let it cool.
When the hair was completely cooled down, I undid the set hair and gently brushed out each curl and formed to the shape I wanted.
To finish I sprayed Oribe Superfine Hairspray for hold, and Oribe Shine Light Reflecting Spray for mega shine."
