Official Mascara Correspondent Ashleigh Ciucci takes on the new Revlon Lash Potion Mascara. Here, her review.
I have a love affair with drug store mascaras (Hello Lash Blast!) and this Revlon baby is no different. While its brush looks like any-old-fluffy-medium-sized tool, upon closer inspection, you'll see it's more special than that. The bristles are grouped together in three rows creating a triangular shape when you peep the brush from the top. Because of this, there are three wells in between each row that hold tons of the creamy product.
With one coat, there's full coverage and major volume. With the three rows of bristles combing through each lash, you get great separation too. The second coat gives good build-up and mondo volume at the roots. The formula stayed hydrated enough throughout the day so a midday touch-up gave me a false lash effect.
At the end of the night, the formula sudsed off easily, which any lazy girl loves. I would def buy this one!--Ashleigh Ciucci
