Make Up For Ever has a good thing going with their "Smoky" range of mascaras (love their Smoky Lash) and Smoky Extravagant is a great addition. To start the brush is cool and functional. The fat teardrop shape deposits a lot of product with it's base and distributes it evenly with its tip; you can get to every last baby lash top and bottom.
With one coat, I got full coverage and my lashes were in these perfect clusters of fullness with tapered tips. I was able to build a lot of thickness and density with a second coat (concentrate at the roots to avoid spider lashes.) By mid-afternoon my lashes were still soft which made for a great touch-up. I had to watch out for squaring off the tips so I didn't go too crazy. The only baddie is that I needed soap and water and eye makeup remover at the end of the day. I even still had a subtle ghosting of product on my lower lash line.
So as long as you don't mind a little extra effort when it comes to removal, this mazzie is the jam!!!--Ashleigh Ciucci
