Pop princess Katy Perry is CoverGirl's newest face!  Katy made the big announcement to all of her “KatyCats” earlier this week on her Facebook and Twitter pages that she will be the newest addition to the CG family. On the heels of the release of her new album PRISM, Katy joins the roster of fiercely talented COVERGIRLs as an illuminating new addition.
